I don't own a studio, so we will chat about the options that make sense for your brand photography session.
New to the city? Maybe we will do an outdoor session at sunrise or sunset in iconic NYC locations (think Central Park or the Brooklyn Bridge) to give a visual cue that you are now working in New York.
Looking for some gorgeous headshots with a seamless backdrop or a styled office/living room with amazing light that we can utilize as your workspace? Maybe you'll decide to utilize one of NYC's natural light photography studios to get the elevated images you've been dreaming of for your business.

HOW IT WORKS
THE BRANDING SESSION EXPERIENCE

INQUIRY & CONSULT CALL
We chat on the phone where you can tell me all about your small business and vision for your session. I'll give recommendations on locations and whether you'd need to rent a studio space.

booking
Once you secure your location if needed, I’ll email you a proposal (digital contract and invoice). Once you sign and pay the 50% retainer fee from your chosen collection, you are officially locked in for your date.

BRANDING SESSION QUESTIONNAIRE
You send me your pinterest board and fill out my branding session questionnaire. I learn all about your business and future goals. I take all this information to create your shot list & photo map that I'll work off of on session day.

FINAL PLANNING CALL
Around 2 weeks before your session, we hop on a zoom or phone call to make sure all the details are finalized and everything is rock solid for session day. At this point you'll have your Photo Map/Shot List and Packing List.
NEXT DAY PROOFS

You go through the watermarked proofs of the lightly edited images and select the number of favorites depending on your collection. Want more? You can favorite more images and invoice you for the additional images or full gallery.

SESSION DAY
You're final payment is due before we start. If you're getting hair & makeup done before your session you'll want to allow 2 hours for hair & makeup + travel time to our session location. You meet me on location or at a studio and we have an absolute blast creating your new brand images. I'll guide you through posing and you'll never need to worry about feeling awkward in front of a camera.
After you select the number of images in your collection (or the additional images you're purchasing) you'll receive the final edited images through a link to an online gallery within 2 weeks. I'll do complimentary retouching of acne, apple watch tans, etc. (no body modifications) so you look nothing short of fabulous.

Swap out the old images for your new ones and update your website & social media. You aren't required to tag me, but always appreciated! Interested in using your images for profit beyond your website and social media aka a commercial usage rights? We can chat about additional licensing fees.

BRANDING SESSION COLLECTIONS
- Studio rate may apply for those wanting backdrops for headshots
30 MINUTE NYC HEADSHOT REFRESHER
- 30 minute photography session using 1-2 backdrops for those needing an updated headshot/lifestyle portrait (will need additional studio fee to rent)
- 1 outfit
- You go through the watermarked proofs of the lightly edited images and select 5 favorites for me to edit (option to purchase additional individual images or full gallery)
- Your online gallery will be back within 2 weeks after your image selection
- Complimentary photoshop edits of distractions (no body modifications)
- 1 year online gallery access
- Additional studio rental rate will be invoiced
