Top tip if you are planning a Cape Cod proposal
If you are proposing on the Cape then my proposers typically stay at the Chatham Bars Inn since it is a great starting point to get to many iconic proposal spot locations (and it is the easiest excuse to having drinks or dinner at the Beach House Grill right on the sand and continuing for a beach walk on their property). The other options that proposers have stayed at aside from CBI is Wequassett, Wychmere, Pelham House, and Ocean Edge.

At Chatham Bars Inn, we have a limited number of rooms that we have designated as dog-friendly. All reservations for dog-friendly rooms must be booked in advance. If you’d like to reserve one of these rooms, please call our reservations team directly (1.866.669.4792) and let them know. We will provide a dog bed and bowls for food and water, though we ask that you please bring a crate with you.
