If you are a wedding photographer (and don’t do prints or couple sessions then this would be the only contract you’d need at first plus the website terms & conditions + privacy policy one for your website). This is the one I use for all my traditional weddings.
ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT
ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT If you do adventure elopements and intimate weddings (think in a national park, by a cliffside, on a mountain where most of the day is outside) you 100% need this contract. I use this one for all my Acadia National Park and Cape Cod elopements.

THIRD PARTY PAYOR ADDENDUM I’ve used this contract a couple of times when a parent is paying for their son or daughter’s wedding collection. This allows them to pay but still leaves the couple as the decision makers while working with me since they sign the contract.
CANCELLATION CONTRACT
CANCELLATION CONTRACT Things happen so this one is great to purchase when you have a cancellation. There are versions for when you cancel on a client or if a client cancels on you. Once signed these contracts relieve you of the date and any responsibilities of the hired service.
PRINT RELEASE FORM
PRINT RELEASE FORM If you allow clients to download their images and print them on their own, this piece of paper gives them permission should a lab ever question them for making prints of the professional images.

What contracts do I need as a wedding photographer starting out?
If I was a new wedding photographer and could only start with a few contracts then I would do the wedding photography contract, the couples photography contract (if you also do engagement sessions separately), the Print Release Form (if you offer prints), the Website Terms & Conditions + Privacy Policy, and the newly added AI Clause bundle.
