NATURAL POSING & PROMPTS
I use natural posing (nothing cheesy) & prompts to bring out your genuine personalities in images. Aside from the classic portraits, I photograph candids to get the best emotional moments with your loved ones and photograph all your personal details with an editorial flare.
My super power is making the most camera shy couples feel 10/10 in front of my lens.

MY EDITING STYLE
VIBRANT & TRUE TO LIFE EDITING
To give your images that timeless look, my editing style is vibrant & true to color. By not following a trend, your images will have that classic look with a mix of some black & white photos in your gallery.
Complimentary photoshopping of distractions will give you gorgeous magazine worthy images. Goodbye blemishes, accidental spills, and ugly exit signs! I like my couples to know I’ve 100% got their back and they can take the pressure off themselves on wedding day.

THE WEDDING EXPERIENCE

INQUIRY & CONSULT CALL
We chat on the phone where you can tell me all about your dream wedding. I’ll answer any questions you have regarding collections and create a custom collection if needed that is tailored to your unique desires.

booking
I’ll email you both a proposal (digital contract and invoice). Once you both sign and pay the 50% retainer fee from the collection of your choosing, you are officially locked in for your date and will be sent my recommended vendor sheet for your location. Payment plans are available upon request.

THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION EXPERIENCE
Engagement sessions take place at sunrise or sunset for the dreamiest light. I'll give recommendations on the prettiest backdrops, outfit inspiration, plus hair & make-up artists so you feel 10/10. Not only are these a great way to meet each other before wedding day, but you can also use the images to design your wedding website, save the dates, and guest book. (INCLUDED SELECT COLLECTIONS)

3 MONTH CHECK IN & WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE
I gather all your wedding day logistics to create your photo timeline (I don’t expect you to know how long things usually take or when the best lighting is!) as well as photo pairings you’d want of family and friends.

I will be beyond excited to celebrate you two throughout the day and capture all the cherished moments to come. I’ll bring my chasing stone styling mat and accessories kit to begin the day creating gorgeous flat lay designs of your most precious details. Besides taking photos, I’ll be your ultimate cheerleader all day! I can pin boutonnieres, help you with the buttons on the back of your dress, and bring along cute umbrellas if there is rain in the forecast. Get ready for the best day ever!

FINAL CALL
Around two weeks before your wedding we will go over all your wedding day info, timeline, and family photo list to make sure it is all good to go! This way everything is rock solid and we can just be on cruise control for your wedding day. This is also when your final payment is due, when I’ll be going over all your info with my second photographer, and when I reach out and connect with all your wedding vendors before the big day.
No need to wait a week for images once the wedding day is over. You’ll receive 3-5 sneak peek images within 48 hours of your celebration to share with family & friends and your final gallery will be delivered within 8-10 weeks.

The link to your online gallery connects to a professional printing lab so you can order prints, framed wall art, and canvases through me if you are looking to decorate your homes with memories of your wedding day. Heirloom albums provide the perfect keepsake to stand the test of time. My talented album designer Meg will take over with communication and guide you through the entire process from start to finish.

To ensure my couples get me at my absolute best, I never photograph back to back weddings and only take on 10-15 wedding celebrations per year. I am not a mass volume wedding photography company but prefer to offer a boutique service where I am highly invested in each of my couple's love stories.

how do we book you?
If you've looked through my portfolio and filled out my contact form, I'll email you back with more info, pricing, and links to full wedding galleries. If that all looks good to you, we will then chat on the phone where I learn more about you two as a couple and walk you through the entire process of working with me. If you'd like to book me, I'll just need a signed contract and a 50% retainer fee. Payment plans also available! Once that's complete, you are officially a couple of Meghan Lynch Photography.
what is your PHOTO & editing style?
I gravitate towards natural posing & prompts with a photojournalistic & editorial flare to capture all the emotional moments and tiny details. Vibrant true to life editing for those timeless images.
Do you photograph LGBTQIA+ couples?
You bet! Love is love :) I am an inclusive wedding vendor.
Are you insured?
Yes! If your venue needs me to send over a copy you are all set.
Back-up gear?
Always! I carry an extra professional camera on me just to be safe.
What is the turnaround time on our photos?
Your images will be ready in an online gallery within 8-10 weeks of your wedding, but I'll be sending you a couple sneak peek photos within 2 days of your celebration.
How many images do you deliver?
Since every wedding is unique and lots of factors come into play I typically deliver roughly 50 images per hour at minimum. I'm a huge believer in quality over quantity, so trust me when I say you are getting the best of the best!
DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
All my wedding collections include a second photographer. I have a squad of wildly talented second photographers I always use that are also full time wedding photographers in their own business.
