Hey there! I’m Meghan Lynch and I would love to be your Wequassett Resort wedding photographer. I am a published wedding photographer with 10+ years in business specializing in waterfront, tented, and estate wedding celebrations for couples who love timeless imagery in vibrant true to life editing. This Cape Cod wedding was published on Loverly.
THE FAST FACTS OF WORKING WITH ME:
- 10+ years as a wedding photographer (work is published in a variety of magazines). You can read all the raving reviews on google! My main speciality is waterfront, tented, and estate wedding vendors.
- I am an LGBTQ+ friendly wedding vendor and will always champion my couples.
- Editing style: Vibrant/ True to life. Years down the line I want you to remember your wedding day as it was when you look at your photos rather than a trend. Photographers tend to fall into 3 editing styles (dark & moody, vibrant/true to color, and light & airy)
- Photography style: Classic & timeless imagery- natural posing, candids, and an editorial flare when capturing your details. I’ll give you prompts to have your natural personalities come out and make you feel super comfortable in front of the camera. You’ll never wonder what to do with your hands- I’ve got you covered with all the posing guidance.
- MLP Wedding Guide Book for all the engagement session & wedding top tips!
- I’ll send an engagement session and wedding questionnaire so we get all your key shots
- I only take a select 10-15 weddings a year and never shoot back to back so my couples always get me at my absolute best
- Local vendor recommendations and happy to reach out in vendor groups if you are having trouble tracking someone down
- Complimentary retouching of distractions (I don’t do body modifications): exit signs, trash cans, people in the background of a photo, zits, sunburns/apple watch tans. I want the focus to be on YOU
- I work with a second photographer who also has their own wedding photography business so it’s like having 2 first shooters
- Rainy day? I’ll bring my clear umbrellas for you
- Sentimental details you want photographed? I bring along my beautiful Chasing Stone styling mat
- Sneak peeks are back within 2 days. Engagement galleries back within 2 weeks and wedding galleries back within 8-10 weeks.
- Prints and albums available a la carte. You can always extend photo coverage (even on wedding day) or welcome party coverage.

ABOUT THE WEQUASSETT WEDDING COUPLE FEATURED:
Francesca and Brendan met in what they described as “the most unlikely of places,” Gainesville, Florida, while pursuing their Master’s degrees. Francesca wasn’t sure about Brendan at first, noting that he was “very, very blonde,” and Brendan, an avid skier, wasn’t convinced Francesca could ski. Still, they agreed to go on a first date at a small bar called The Dime, where they instantly bonded. They discovered shared loves of food, good alcohol, and the outdoors.
That night, Brendan asked Francesca three very important questions: cup or cone, wood or gas-burning fireplace, and ski or snowboard? With two of the three answered correctly, he was convinced he could make Francesca a professional skier in no time. They went on three more dates in the five days that followed and quickly became each other’s favorite people. Within a year, they moved in together, and the following year, Brendan proposed while they were casually spending time in Francesca’s parents’ backyard.
Francesca and Brendan’s coastal wedding embraced a palette of soft blues, perfectly capturing the essence of Cape Cod while celebrating the region’s natural beauty. As one of their favorite escapes for boating, lobster rolls, and quiet moments together, Cape Cod was the clear, and only choice for their wedding. Francesca meticulously planned and designed the entire event with her sister, Bella. Together, they curated an organic palette of blues, greens, and whites, weaving in subtle nods to coastal charm.
Bella also designed the menus and signage, completing a collaborative sister project that included the seating chart. With just fifty guests, the celebration was intimate, allowing the couple to connect deeply with every attendee. The welcome party the night before set the tone, maximizing time spent with friends and family. On the day of the ceremony, a gentle coastal haze softened the lawn, offering sweeping views of the harbor. Bouquets of blues and greens enhanced the setting, perfectly balancing love, nature, and elegance. Oysters, sushi, and mini lobster rolls kicked off the cocktail hour as guests soaked in the sunset from the waterfront reception space, marking a day that was effortlessly beautiful and unmistakably Cape Cod.
