WHAT IS THE WEDDING GUEST CAPACITY MAX AT THE NEWPORT BEACH HOUSE?
The Newport Beach House offers two beautiful event spaces to fit the needs of your waterfront wedding celebration. Surfside allows 150 guests for dinner & dancing while the larger Eventide space allows 300 guests max for dinner & dancing.
DOES THE NEWPORT BEACH HOUSE OFFER INTIMATE WEDDING COLLECTIONS?
Yes! This gorgeous Rhode Island venue does allow elopements on their property. With these smaller celebrations couples can even opt to do 9AM ceremonies right on the beach.
WHEN CAN I HAVE A WEDDING AT THE NEWPORT BEACH HOUSE?
You’re in luck! Newport Beach House is a year round wedding venue.
IS THERE A WEDDING PARTY SUITE FOR GETTING READY ON SITE?
You bet! There are even hooks on the wall to hang your wedding dress. Surfside has the Shell and Eventide has the Pearl room.
WILL OUR WEDDING BE THE ONLY ONE HOSTED AT YOUR VENUE ON THAT DAY, OR WILL THERE BE OTHER WEDDINGS TOO?
It is possible since the Newport Beach House has two venue spaces Eventide (top floor) and Surfside (bottom floor) that two weddings could be on the same day. Don’t worry though since structured timelines make sure the two celebrations don’t cross. There are two separate lawn ceremony spaces and two separate getting ready suites. Each floor has its own kitchen too so the only time you’d possibly see members of the other event would be in a bathroom.

FOR THIS RHODE ISLAND WEDDING VENUE WHERE CAN I HAVE MY CEREMONY?
You can choose between having a beach ceremony, a ceremony on the green lawn, or an indoor ceremony during cases of rain. Yup you heard that right! This venue has a built in rain plan so no added logistics need to be figured out on your end.
WHAT MAKES THIS RI WEDDING VENUE GREAT FOR WEDDING PHOTOS?
When I toured this venue, I was truly blown away from a photographer’s perspective. Right out of the gate, this venue was smart enough to paint all the walls bright white and put in tons of windows to have beautiful natural light flowing through each of their rooms. Aside from the beautiful white walls and windows galore, the designers took such care infusing in coastal elements from their event spaces down to the bathroom.
WHAT IS THE OYSTER LOUNGE USED FOR?
The Oyster Lounge can be used for rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, bridal showers, etc. Even cooler, the glass doors open to outdoor seating surrounded by fire pits!
DOES THE NEWPORT BEACH HOUSE VENUE OFFER IN-HOUSE CATERING?
Yes! This coastal venue provides in house catering (no outside caterers) and allows couples to come in for a tasting of their menu so they can select their favorite dishes for their wedding celebration. Their extensive 30 page menu can be viewed on their website.
DOES THE NEWPORT BEACH HOUSE HOST INDIAN WEDDINGS?
Yes! In regards to catering, the venue has an Indian Fusion menu or you can choose their Indian Cuisine Partner menu. Their Indian cuisine partner is Indian Accent, owner Sanjiv Dhar.
HOW LATE CAN MY RECEPTION GO UNTIL?
Receptions at the Newport Beach House can go until 1AM.
WHERE DO MY GUESTS PARK AT THE NEWPORT BEACH HOUSE?
Contrary to downtown Newport, this RI venue has a large parking lot with ample spots for your guests. They don’t need to worry about finding street parking and paying meters!
HOW CLOSE IS DOWNTOWN NEWPORT TO THE NEWPORT BEACH HOUSE?
Newport, RI is an iconic US destination that you and your guests will be able to experience from just a 5 minute drive away. Some personal favorites include shopping on Thames Street and Bowen’s Wharf, strolling the Cliff Walk to 40 Steps, and taking a tour of Rosecliff Mansion.
